Join Woodside Road UMC for worship on April 20th @ 10:30am as we celebrate Jesus’ resurrection. Together we will sing Alleluia and live into the ways that God transforms death into new life and violence into mercy and peace.
Fellowship time will follow.
Maundy Thursday Worship
On Thursday, April 17 @ 6:30pm we will host worship in our small chapel (it’s behind the sanctuary) to remember Jesus’ final meal with his disciples, his friends. We will remember the commandment Jesus gave his disciples, “I give you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, so you also must love each other. This is how everyone will know that you are my disciples, when you love each other.” (John 13:34-35)
We will also celebrate holy communion and have time for quiet prayer and reflection.
Please join us!
Events During Lent
March 9 @ 6pm — Join Woodside Road UMC for a taco supper and conversation about our shared story as a congregation. Whether you’ve been part of the church for years or just a week or anything in between, you are welcome!
March 16, 23, 30, April 6, and 13 — We will be exploring C. S. Lewis’s The Screwtape Letters at 6pm on Sundays. Come for conversation about this challenging, but also a bit funny, work from the 1940s.
April 17 @ 6:30pm — Maundy Thursday worship in the small chapel
Ash Wednesday Worship

We will gather for Ash Wednesday Worship in our small chapel at 7pm on Wednesday, March 5th. We’ll begin our worship series “Listen” (from Marcia McFee’s Worship Design Studio) with a focus on listening deeply.
